Home from Home aims to make it as easy as possible to apply for one of our homes to rent. We will obtain references and draw up an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. It is usual to require one month’s rent in advance and a security deposit (usually equivalent to either one month or six weeks rent) before we hand over the keys to your property.
